Sharon Lange

Sharon Lange is a
twelve time professionally awarded independent artist in performance and
instruction as a concert singer songwriter, concert
singer, and voice and music instructor, residing in Colorado
(b. Cleveland). A lifetime award winning performer, Sharon
Lange is also awarded across Ohio and New Mexico. In addition to singing, Sharon plays keys, guitar and classical flute, choreographs
and produces music.
Throughout Sharon
Lange’s career, her solo act (rock R&B world) plays to full houses from
university main stages, sold out concert theaters, packed churches and sold out
local music venues. She owns her
performance company, Sharon Lange & Harmony Sisters Talent and Productions.
Sharon Lange is the founding member and leader of the female
rock R&B classical world group, the Harmony Sisters, performing as a
professional ensemble with music degreed players and professional singers since
1998. Recent members include Gunna Kim, doctoral candidate in piano performance at Colorado University, and Jessica Hedgepeth, daughter of the percussion program founder at
UNCA. The Harmony Sisters also
performs professional dance instructors.
Sharon has had her share of regional band
partners. From 2000 to 2004, Sharon
professionally lead sang her original songs and hit covers backed by twelve
rock, R&B, jazz, Hip Hop, reggae, Gospel and world bands at Colorado music
venues. During that time, Sharon
often served as her band partners’ voice coach and three part harmony
director. Sharon’s also performed
guest vocals with a number of additional local, national and international
bands.
Sharon professionally teaches voice for
over eleven years. She also teaches
dance, guitar, piano, songwriting, classical flute and concert performance. She is currently an instructor serving
metro Denver
area students. Sharon’s also
founded an award winning music program, reaching over two thousand low income
at-risk youth ages 12 – 18, since 1998.
